This is from a music store in Holland. I have absolutely no idea how this works. Maybe you ‘like’ them on facebook and a magic hand pops up from the display.
I’m starting to see quite a few social interrupts on menus at restaurants and bars, though often they link to basic pages with no follow up.

Not sure if this counts, but I guess the principle is there.
This was a bit unexpected, particularly as they had a little QR code as well - someone in this snooker club has their finger on the social pulse.
